Ler - River Goddess Concept

A while back I did a sketch. The theme was of “water hair” and I decided to do an evil river goddess. i actually quite enjoyed the design/character so I decided to do a full concept of her.

I was kind of envisioning her like ancient gods of the times - large, powerful, mischevious, etc. But I wanted her to be situated in modern times. A lot of the older paintings always seemed to depict their gods in clothing of their era (or around then), so I put her modern clothing. How do they fit? Magic, of course. I assume the clothing was made out of water or something. But as an added bonus, all of her accessories are what she’s taken from mortals who’s come into her domain.
